Item wanted (be very descriptive): 2 x 2GB Fully Buffered ECC DDR2-800 RAM for a Dell 1950 Server (or more)

I have a Dell 1950 server which I use for experimentation in my home lab. I currently have 4 x 1GB and 2 x 2GB DIMMs and because of this I am only able to use 4GB RAM
Ideally I would like as much as I can get my hands on (at a reasonable price). Willing to pay in the order of R 100 per GB
