Hi
After emailing them asking if they have stock on a product and pricing, they confirmed Monday.
So i get home Monday and make payfast payment.

Now today Wednesday, after 13 emails en 50+ calls (all going voice-mail) i have no answer about me order and the whereabouts of my money.

Does it take 2 days to ship a item u have in stock in ur warehouse?


They cant be busy, due i called their courier and yesterday the had no packages to pick up, neither today....they also gave me a cell nr , and that also just rings....

So im the only person who ordered ( to be delivered)

What stand me to do? Open case at police?

Hope anyone can help me on this problem.

Same issue i had with them.
Requested for refund(had to beg) , got it after 2 weeks(Money).
 
So, i called Payfast now , and they say i must email them all the info to investigate....F knows how long thats gonna take, if he dont answer phones or emails...
 
I never got my money back from them. That guy Jovan Nel is a thief.
 
Who is this Nick ONeill ? Thats the guy who i spoke to on email when i asked prices...
 
How can they be Verified at pricecheck and all that if they operate like this?
 
Also had the exact same problem with them when I made my first order with them, and never again.

They confirmed stock, made payment, and it never arrived. They are a bunch of thieves and liars! A big scam IMO. But, after also trying my best to reach them, someone eventually answered the phone and they gave me back my money. That was after a 3 week struggle. Avoid them at all times!!

The above address also shows up on a company search for rampage gaming.

*edit* Theres also a cell phone number listed on the company search.

Use the address to serve them a registered letter demanding a refund, and then proceed to the small claims court if they ignore you.

contacted payfast, and the one guy mailed me and said their lines broken, thats why they cant answer or email me back....

yesterday he told me the lines are busy with calls......broken and busy same time????
 
Have a look how many people complain about them, stay faaaaaaaaaaaaaar away
 
too late now...im already in it...whydont he just not send my order and move on, or pay millions due the fact im gonna sue him?
 
Woa you're jumping the gun here, you've waited 2 days and expect to get the item in your hands? :wtf:

It usually takes 2 days for the payment to clear. Some online stores wait for the cash to reflect on their accounts before going further no matter if you have provided confirmation.

No i want it shipped, with tracking nr. THEY HAVE STOCK! THEY HAVE MY MONEY! THEY HAVE NO OTHER ORDERS VIA COURIER, IM ONLY ONE!

So what the hold up with putting a parcell in a box and send it?

Ive ordered it from them due they had stock! i Wanted it today!

Ive been doing orders from takealot for 11 years due their good and fast service, but this time they had no stock and i would have waited for 3 days for them to get stock...

If the y told me they wont SEND it in 2 days, then i would rather ordered it from takealot!

So you expect Takealot service from a small online store? :erm:

It will take upto a week to get the item.
 
website say 24-72 hrs on delivery..we at 56 hrs already and its still not even shipped ...and im only customer in past 2 days with courier delivery..so...yes...i cant see the hold up.

I'm still waiting for my order after 7 months. Not a peep from them. If you read that dude's blog you will see he is hardly ceo material. He likes people to pay up front so he can live off the money. I don't think he has any stock at all. It's a massive fraudulent operation. He ought to be arrested.
