Depends on the Tallents.

All specs have a Range Talent. So I would guess it's all based purely on spec.
I could be very wrong though.

I checked it out looks like all dmg spells are 30 yards were hunter shots are 35 yards without talents.

AFAIK, hunters don't have a range increase talent. Again, I might be wrong. I know that on my Lock I have the furthest range in our raid setup. Or the other people just like standing closer . I always stand max range all the time.

Fire mages can spec for 41y Fireballs and Pyroblasts. Frostfire bolts are a standard 40yards, and aren't affected by any talents.

Yes it can by nother 6 yards.
I worked out moonkin if specced can do 36.Hawk eyes Increases the range of your ranged weapons by 6 yards. on hunter .Moonkin got 30 yards if specced rigth it increases by 20%.Gives you 36 yards.Alot less than hunter.

So i think hunter is the one with most range.41 yards.And Killshot is 45 yards.
