Well those in Cape Town are in for a surprise. The CT ' facility ' is in an office park off Black River Parkway - don't look for a Letmerepair sign because there isn't one and it isn't Letmerepair.
It's an office the size of a phone-booth and they ' take in ' HP equipment only... then courier it to George !
So a brand new printer under warranty will leave for George on Thursday.. and estimated time for return is two weeks !
I will never ever buy an HP product but my clients still need to learn the hard way.
And HP SA - your after sales service is dismally pathetic. In the whole of SA you have bench repairs in Joburg and George - whose brilliant idea was that ?
