Rapid network deployment guidelines holdup hurting SA broadband

We get it.

They suck. This will never change.

Accept it, or move out. These are the only two options we have.

(Okay, a third one would be to moan about it on this online forum for the rest of our lives, but that is not going to change anything in the real world.)
