Clients of mine(older folk) received one of those phising emails, not knowing better, they completed it. Believing it is ligit.

They are now short 50k, and the bank refuses to reimburse them in any format.

And they had trusteer install coz "the bank said so"

Which is the right thing to do.
 
I've seen a few of those in this town over the years. Phishing can be lucrative, and no software is going to stop people being people.
