Hi everyone I am not too happy anymore with Raru and their preorders.
1. They seem to always arrive here late and never early
2. For some reason they claim I am getting a special discount price for preordering yet when it releases the items is always R50-R100 cheaper
3. I see no reason to preorder anymore from them as through preordering I lost R400 this way than if I just ordered on release day and got it the same day or just bought it from the shops
Anyone else experience these issues and they won't refund me the difference? They use to be good when they first started with preorders
