Good evening gents.

Some time ago I started an ecommerce website selling computers, hardware, accessories and even solar.

I would like to have some opinions on the site. What are we doing right or wrong. Any feedback on the site would be really appreciated. It's is my first attempt at building a site, any critique is welcome.

Regards
Abrie

Overall pretty good. I've definitely seen worse.
Some of the images are very low res, like the gaming chair.
Repsonsiveness is mainly good, however I would suggest adding some stops. For example this blue box is getting out of hand on wider sizes:

Don't let me hover to see what each section is about. Always show text.

Search button is oddly positioned.

Some sections have good filters (like CPUs), others like SSDs don't. I want to be able to filter by size.

Breadcrumbs are good, but I would like them to be visible when viewing individual items as well.
Many sites make this mistake, but only having that bar thing for price range sucks. It's imprecise and not accessible to people with disabilities.

Too much scrolling on home page (mobile)

Damn, if I see random ass pricing like that on any website I close it right away, that is usually the first sign of a scam website! Never do pricing like R12794.74, ever! Rather use R12794.00, or R12794.99.

On an ultrawide everything's very big.

I had a look now at some other hardware stores and I see Evetech has the same problem. Wootware and Rebeltech look really nice.

Can you make the images more compact
There should be an eye-catching heading
Promising

When looking at SSD's I want to buy a NVME.
Please allow a filter between 2.5" and M.2
Thanx

Needs more work

Main critique? It's boring and generic, that's just the logo. The rest of the site looks like every white polo... you've seen them all.

Fix filtering and the mobile views.

Also. We sell tech sounds like weasel tech.
Lean into it, get a mascot. Otherwise people are going to roast you alive.

And do get MORE than one distributor account... Margins vary, do a comparison.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm working on the filters and pictures as we speak. I fixed the captions as well.

This was actually bugging me for a while. I fixed it now. Thanks you
