I have been with RSAWeb via Octotel, for 8 months.

Never had to contact them about issues (touch wood). Issues were mainly Octotel having area/node problems. This usually lasts 1-3 hours max before it's resolved.

I'm on the 100/100 package, using a gigabit router. Downloads peaks at 12mB/s internationally and locally.
Not using their DNS as I prefer the speed of 1.1.1.1

I wont be changing my ISP at all, extremely happy!

BUT... Download speeds 100kbps max from Apple (iPad Pro update)
90kbps international downloads.
So I am forced to use a VPN to get my line speed.
I am not using the line for Torrents. Just work-related, Netflix and YouTube. Can’t watch Facebook videos as they buffer and becomes unwatchable.
Had to limit our use of Netflix as well as it buffers most of the time

Support: 8/10
Accounts: 0/10 (screwed up my billing big time)
Connection to network 2/10... Total cluster****. They said I was connected on the 5th of the month. I was only connected on the 24th, but had to pay for a complete month.
Still waiting for my SIM card with my free 1GB of data per month that I am paying for.
 
Absolutely TERRIBLE! I moved from Cell C 100Mb line to an RSAWeb 200Mb line. After a month of frustration, we are cancelling RSAWeb and moving back to the Cell C fibre line. I cannot emphasise enough how poor the line speed is. See attached. This is my experience too... and been with them for ages maybe 2yrs? Had line speeds from 10/5 up to 200/200. And all has been great. Maybe I’ve been lucky? I know my brother had issues and he used to live 2ks from me.
 
I've got a 10mbs business line with them on Octotel. Getting 16mbs from it. So all good this side so far
