cant i delete it manually

Download a program called Killbox, that will let you delete something thats in use which often happens with virus's. If it cant delete it, then it will rename it and delete/move on boot

Also download ComboFix, its saved my ass quite a lot recently and is reaally good...and free
There is a warning though, Combofix warns that 1/100 pcs go faulty after running it. I havent had any problems with it and Ive used it on ALOT of machines...

Try combofix 1st

Bleeping computer is a good site too, lots of help, especially for virus removal. Trend Micro also has a big knowledge base

EDIT: I suggest using ComboFix first though, strong chance it will sort out everything, its updated often and if you have an older version it tells you download a newer version and then uninstalls itself - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
