Wasn't too sure where to post this...

Does anyone know where I can buy a RCA to 3.5mm jack adapter, female on both ends?
The reason I want one is so that I can use headphones on my Xbox....
The TV doesn't have a headphone port, so I'm assuming this is the only other way I can do it.

You should be able to pick these up at any decent audio/tv shop. You'll also find them on many cheapo 5.1 PC speaker setups.

Why female on both ends though? Is'nt it male RCA and a female jack?

Ok thanks. Any idea on the price?

From Xbox: |||||--

From headphones: --|||||

Therefore I need female on both ends to join them: |||||--==--||||||

:D

You get a cable with 1 female 3.5mm end(like a 3.5mm socket) and 2 male ends(RCA plugs). On the male ends you attach a RCA joiner and then feed the red and white cables to the joiner.

You can get all of the above for about R25 at any hardware/audio shop. May get in Game and Makro too.

All's well in the end.
