I have an RCP Mega Power T-1000s Inverter and it is pretty new (2-3 months) and suddenly stopped charging fully. The battery stays on Orange/Yellow at best.
In the time that it was working correctly, it served by keeping up a TV, Fibre Router, PS5, and a soundbar. Now and then we would plug in a laptop or cell phone to charge.
We have used it overnight on another occasion with a completely different setup mostly sound equipment and it lasted for hours, so I know that the load-shedding time should be nothing in comparison.
But now I get nothing from it. Is it that we need to get onto the firmware and change something? Or could it just be that the battery might be faulty?
