RCS devious or not?

RCS granted me a loan. The money was apparently paid into my bank account on 23 November 2016. The money does not reflect in my account even today and RCS can't send me proof that it was paid in??? I have made numerous phone calls to RCS to confirm bank account details. No joy, RCS telling me my bank is the problem. All calls recorded. Who should I contact to eat these idiots for breakfast?
 
Start with your bank....

Then when they tell you nothing is in the account, verify the details with them, then recontact RCS.
 
Nope. Not yet. Just telling me its my responsibility to sort the issue out. I recorded all calls thought.

You contacted your bank, no payment waiting to be released etc etc.. and you verified that the details you gave RCS are correct and that you have then verified that RCS captured the correct details?

If the answer to those is all yes, then tell RCS to go and fsck themselves and if they try to take a repayment from you you will see them in court for theft.

I had a Incredible Connection account, then it was 'given' over to RCS when they closed or whatever.
OMG! Every month I paid off R230± - once RCS took over, I had to pay R400!
Anyways, I paid them off quickly, and then had to fight with them when they continued to ask for R400.
I had to go through a mission to prove I paid them off and then to get a letter from them saying my debt is finished was a mission of note.

DO NOT USE RCS, NO MATTER WHAT!

If you need money, budget facility on your credit card or a loan from you bank are better options.

They debited your account, for a loan you didn't receive?

Before you do give any details via pm, has the RCSGroup forum account been verified as legit?

Rather contact them via official channels- it's all well and good they registered on MyBB to provide support, but perhaps they didn't- just be careful.

How many people do you who have phoned you saying the loan amount was never paid into their accounts?

Is it that many that you don't know which one it is when someone complains about it on a forum?
