Over 100 pages of posts, would like to cut out all of that. Could someone explain to me why everyone is so phased by bitfarm and how it works etc. Thanks.

Any1 knows how to recover the forgotten password on bitfarm?
International torrents are dead on mweb, so I want to try bitfarm, where I have an account, but forgot my password :(

Somebody need to send you an invite.
The problem is that person is then sort of responsible for you. If you don't seed as required his membership is also then in danger of being revoked.
Not sure if it still works on the concept.
Why not just get your content from somewhere else?
Much easier and probably faster as well.

Naturally, the torrent system is flawed IMO. You rely on others to get your content.
Not everybody wants to share (seed) and give back. Especially not be forced to keep a certain ratio, so if you are able to get what you want without having to do that then why not?

Very few reasons IMO. Most people wouldn't and don't care much about them. The less active a torrent site is, the harder it becomes to keep your ratio in check and the more of a mission it becomes.

Yep, biggest problem was trying to keep your ratio up with so few leechers, I used to download "linux distros" from a newsever and seed them there :D

Then the international seedboxes appeared, and any hope of maintaining a decent ratio went out the window. I'm not sure if they're still counted towards upload ratio. I've been away from the farm for too long :(

It was great when local only accounts were a thing ;)
 
Hi, can someone already with bitfarm help me. I had an account with them but i forgot my password. I tried the recovery password email, but i don't receive any email from them. Can you please check if you can still see my account and if you can talk to some admin or something for me please?
