The problem is that very few people read the "READ FIRST" posts. They just post how they think it should work. I think at least a few months of education will work better than simply deleting the thread. It will also help to limit the mails to me asking why their thread was deleted

Ignorance is not an excuse and I hate having to baby lazy people, but we can start with locking threads for a month or so till people get the message and see how it goes.

Thanks - I think this will help to not only educate guys who do not follow the rules, but also others who see the threads get locked if they do not follow the guidelines.
