getting pretty desperate now, running out of ideas.

ATTENTION SENTECH, i know you guys read these posts so please take careful note of username and STOP BUGGING ME. i cancelled my contract MONTHS ago, clinton fetched the modem, you refunded my R500... i dont need to speak to you guys anymore, why is that every couple of days i get a call from some call centre or technical oke asking ... is your speed much better now, or , um im calling about your open ticket.... or its time we resolved your speed issues... or ... your ticket number... I DONT HAVE OR WANT ANY TICKET NUMBERS.... i only ever had 2, BUT I DONT EXIST ANYMORE, CLOSE MY TICKETS, ...... please.

Can't you rather say something like "Please hold while I test the speed", and then put the phone down on your desk and ignore them for the next 20 minutes?

If they phone back ask them when the ticket was opened, and what your current package status is (i.e. what speed you are on).

Then tell them you're getting much better speed because you've upgraded to ADSL of dial-up or whatever. Some of us would kill to get a response out of Sintech.

Better still, tell them your username / password isn't working and demand to know why! Open a ticket and keep phoning them back asking if it's been resolved. Threaten to cancel if they don't resolve it!!

LOL!!

Yes!! My speed is GREAT...since I cancelled my service with you and got ADSL. Or the better one would be, "Please hold, let me run the speed test"... and then just leave it.

ha ha, just had my weekly call again from sentech.... please sir, send us a letter so we can escalate your request to cancel the service... you got to love these guys
