RIG is a gaming community. We have gaming servers ...... started with just COD4 but now we have servers for Quake 3, CSS 1.6, COD2, Rune, UT 2004, Serious Sam 2, AOE 2, COD5 and recently, Modern Warfare 2.
It was open registrations but now it's invite only as a way to ensure we end up with a really cool community. There's a shoutbox and forums, so while not gaming, we can shoot the breeze with each other, etc.

Hey people!
Just a quick announcement.
After a lengthy downtime, RIG is back up again. The old site that you know and love has had a few improvements made to it, but essentially we're starting from a new slate. All existing members will have to re-register using our new shiny Facebook OAuth authentication, but long time supporters will get their ranks returned to them. Drop in and say hello, let us know what you've been doing with yourselves during RIG's sabbatical.
We are still in the process of adding most of the features back into the site, but we are hoping to rebuild the epic base of good gamer folk we had before. The community was amazing and we want that again.
New additions so far is a mobile android chat application so you can take rig with you where ever you go

Man I miss this community with all the changes in modern gaming we would have been a strong team to put sa on the map now all we have is split up communities with no real sense of direction its kind of sad looking at ZA gaming
