Real traffic we COULD use if ISP were fair.

That guy is FAR from the average user. Fios called him and told him he consumed 30 000% more than their average joe.

I was on Afrihost, but obviously shape came from IS. 3GB - I even made number bigger! Actual shaping become after I did around 1.5-2gb!!! My 512Kbit channel (already smallest possible) was reduced to 90Kbit! And that's just because "you downloaded more, than average user!". WTF??? After me people can download even terabytes, what a hell I was shaped just because 1GB > 900MB??
That sh*t happen everywhere. "Fair usage policy" is just a FRAUD of ISP to hide that they service MUCH MORE users than their HW/cable can keep.
