For those that use Real-Debrid.

They have switched CDN providers from G-core to the CDN77 which btw looks like a newish peer at Teraco JB1 and CT1

jnb1.download.real-debrid.com (169.150.246.137)

Will see how this one cope during peak time but so far, it's maxing my download speed.

Anyone still using alldebrid or debrid-link.com ?

I always get full speed on that Speedtest. Doesn’t translate to real world performance though.

I've set it back to auto, lets see how it goes.

Maybe I'm lucky because I'm in Gauteng but it's pretty solid for me. Much better than G-core labs which was getting congested during the evening peaks.

No, downloads always work fine. It's when you stream, and the data comes in bursts, normally around peak (8pm) it will stop bursting, and start crawling under 10mb, which is when it starts buffering so I rewind 1 minute then FF 1 minute and it returns back to normal for a while. If I do a RD speedtest, it tests at linespeed, if I do a DL, it's linespeed. This is when I disable CDN and use EU, which always bursts no problem.

You guys that use these Debrid services, what software/app do you use as the interface, something like syncler or streamio?
Also is there a way to get it to auto play the best quality it can find in 1080p so you dont have to choose from list of links?

Yes, I use Seren in Kodi. You can sort the scrapes in file size order which is what I do, so I autoplay the first on the list which is the biggest 1080p file as I'm too poor for 4K hardware. For movies I choose to manually select.

Stremio with Torrentio

I use it with rdtclient to link with sonarr and radarr. I save my data on Google drive.

That's weird.
I might be lucky as well since I'm also in gauteng but I don't get any buffering when streaming RD content (1080p shows, 4k Movies high bitrate movies) even during peak times.

My real debrid is mounted as a drive using the rclone_rd fork then I use Emby to watch all my content.
I also make use of the Emby add-on in the Kodi app.

On an andriod box you can use beetv, teatv, cyberflix, cinemahd, filmplus, nova etc.
Or
Use kodi and its many apps but I find Kodi unresponsive compared to the andriod apps.

I haven't found a way to autoplay.

So far so good.

Yeah the new cdn provider is CDN77 which is quite a big company. I didn't know they were actually at NAP JHB but they are pretty decent. Cloudflare is also pretty good because they peer in all 3 regions where CDN77 is only in JHB.

Since Cloudflare removed their single tcp connection speed limit they have been pretty good actually but I don't think Real Debrid likes people using Cloudflare because they tend to reset it to auto frequently.

It has definitely buffered for me in the past on the new CDN, let’s see how it goes. Cloudflare just hangs up Kodi so I can’t use that.

Maybe it's something to do with https. Maybe try selecting normal http and then test cloudflare?

Seren scrapes for sources and displays a list which I have in order of file size so it auto plays the top one. Auto and disabled work fine, cloudflare starts playing but only about 30 secs and then it stops and I have to end task kodi.
