www.realtek.com gives you options to download realtek HD drivers based on your OS not the card type, does this mean all cards (realtek cards) use the same driver (currently version R1.87)?
If its a laptop, google "[laptop make and model] audio drivers" otherwise if its for a desktop google "[card make and model] audio drivers" and see what pops up. If it directs you to the same page, then dl the driver and install it. Worst that will happen is it won't work then all you do is uninstall the driver and start with google again.

More direct link:
http://www.mediaatlantic.com/Downloads/avermedia/drivers/A169/A169_WHQL_Drv_V2.3.31.7_Installer.zip
here, use these
ftp://ftp.higrade.com/Drivers/Media Centre/DMS_2/TV_Tuner.zip
these were the release drivers
and uppdated set are here
ftp://ftp.higrade.com/Drivers/Media Centre/DMS_2 Rev 2/08_TV_Tuner.zip
both should work, and importantly, they are PAL drivers from some UK version of that machine
removing the filename from the link should give you a directory tree with all the other drivers, if you are still stuck
