Would also like to add my 2 zim dollars here, for anyone doing research on Rebel Gaming. The item I bought from them was cheaper or almost the same price than most places but, the service the guys delivered is so much better than most places. So if you need that extra nudge to make that purchase from them, let me ease your mind. Do It! Do It!

I will be buying from them again.
 
Paid +-2k less for all these items compared to compeditors

My +1 for this shop! Julio and team are EXCELENT to work with and even when there was a slight hickup with a chassis in our order he solved it for us overnight and drove to our offices himself with replacement in the morning all at their own cost! Would recommend them over anyone else, even if they were more expensive...which has not been the case for us yet.
 
Strange how all these new PC shops are opening and customer service, price are better than the big companies.

I guess SA is accustomed to kuk service and good service is not a unicorn anymore.

Creating new accounts (of which there are 3 in the last 5 posts) is not an effective way of advertising your business. it's likely to make people more suspicious than trusting. Anyone out here with 1,000+ posts who concurs?

I cam across this thread when deciding whether to try out Rebelgaming. Some of the responses got me over the line. So now that I used them I thought I would post my experience
Order two Exos x18 hdd and they were materially cheaper than everyone else. Got my order on Day 3 and service was excellent with a followup phone call from Julio. Will probably use them for my laptop purchase when I decide to pull the trigger on the outlay.
 
In my quest for a solution, I stumbled upon this thread following a disappointing purchase of an external SSD from Incredible.co.za, which unfortunately turned out to be dead on arrival. Complicating matters, I had an international business trip scheduled, and with my departure being imminent, the earliest delivery option from any competitor was slated for the day after my flight was scheduled!

In a leap of faith, I reached out to Julio at Rebel Gaming, and what ensued was nothing short of exceptional. His commitment to customer service and efficiency exceeded all expectations. I am moved to sing his praises to the heavens. The level of service I received was so remarkable that I felt compelled to create an account on this forum, even in the face of skepticism expressed by others.

I acknowledge that I am a newcomer to this forum, but I firmly assert that those fortunate enough to experience Julio's and Rebel Gaming's service will quickly discard any lingering doubts. I unequivocally recommend Rebel Gaming over competitors such as Incredible, Evetech and Wootware. It's also worth noting that Rebel Gaming consistently beat the competition's prices for the item I was looking for.

Julio and Rebel Gaming have showcased an unparalleled level of professionalism and dedication. They have not only resolved a critical issue but have also won a steadfast patron. My flight out of the country no longer loomed with uncertainty, thanks to Julio and Rebel Gaming's sterling efforts.

For the record, I do believe these guys are legit and haven’t stolen anyone’s money (that I know of) but fake customer reviews are going to ruin your reputation before you ever have one.

But assuming the feedback is from fake customers is truly on you. Our google, Facebook, Hello Peter, Carbonite(Although not very active there) reviews would all indicate otherwise.. perhaps you should give us a go yourself, so you can give us your own experience.

The service that I received from Rebel Gaming was extremely good. Julio was able to organise a motherboard for me very quickly after I had problems with my current one at the time. Will definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about shopping with them to give them a shot.

I haven't used them but they've been around for 5-6yrs by now, I haven't heard any dramas just good things and on carbonite they have great feedback/scores and the people there would have biatched by now if there was anything bad.

Based on the above I would rate them 100% legit and I would buy from them.
