Since 2016, so we are new & the aim is too be around a long time.

So our purpose is to focus on customer service, this will intern help us gain the trust required to make any online store work.

Going the extra mile is really what we all about.

It's online, and we fully understand that a person has to be extra careful.

Hence we offer ways that will make the potential client feel comfortable in purchasing from us, it is a saturated market & a person/company needs to look at other ways in making the client feel at ease until reputation is earned.

It isn't easy for a newish company like us to get recognized, so like i said pop me a email & we can arrange ways to make you feel comfortable, for example meet me at supplier before payment, if in Cape Town we can delivery before payment.. that is our way of gaining trust. Else contact our suppliers directly to confirm legitimacy.

Saying we are genuine holds no bearing in this industry, so these are ways we are trying to overcome this.

Ja, you should contact the forum admin so that he can give you a special tag on your name so that people recognise you as an established retailer.

The reason we are hesitant is that many of us have been burned by fly-by-night operations in the past.
So we are VERY sceptical and will usually wait quite a few months to see consistent feeback.
But we do wish you good luck, we also love good competition.
 
Site has no telephone number, or physical street address. I got some details from the whois, but don't know why I should have to. I'd expect the contact page to at least have that.

Fully understand, and there will be many more of them to come. So if any of you are able to give us suggestion and tips to help improve or gain users trust that would be greatly appreciated, as the believe in order to grow you need insight from consumers.

Hopefully in due course you will be shopping at Rebel Gaming :).

Apologies for the necromancy on this thread, but there hasn't been a definitive customer feedback posted yet, so thought I'd share my experience (since I found this thread when I wanted to check whether they're reliable).
I bought a gaming monitor from them this week. Bought it the Tuesday morning and received it the Thursday afternoon. The co-founder also followed up to make sure that I received the package, so it was a very positive experience overall. Would recommend.

Agreed, evetech are a fantastic place for tech deals, they have however been around for a while now & therefore have buying power.

We are new & for our prices to be as low as they are or to even be competing with them goes to show how we are trying to provide the consumer with incredible service & pricing. So i can promise you the more we grow the better the deals will become :).

So the support would be greatly appreciated.
