Those at rebeltech have very bad service, they have no business attitude, infact they are living in wonderland. So their supplier is frontosa which have a hand in this too. 2 peas in a pod, both amazing terrible in both ethics and customer service, and both have this huge tendacy to intentionally hide information which only comes out when you are angry at the and say something rude. Rebeltech can't even relay messages properly yet they the geniuses that signed a 3rd party chat involvement contract.

Anyway I received the most premium service from them both, doing a special event called a rma and to my surprise hit the grand prize motherboard. It was so super stylish with charm points such as scratches, impact marks, thermal paste, food and sauce , liquid and oil stains/deep liquid stains, and fabric threads.

The topping on the very top for me was hearing their sweet lies " we checked the board and approved it" "we did not touch the memory" . they both basically indicated that them doing a customer rma is just a hobby not a job. You would have thought a single apology for anything was given, but you are completely wrong AGAIN.

This is the second time it has happened to me, same damage scenario and same resolution reached which was them trying to sweep it under the carpet or shift the blame to someone else. I went on a wild goose chase for 4 MONTHS getting sent back and forth to the supplier, retailer, gigabyte Usa chat, gigabyte Taiwan, gigabyte sa sales rep.

=====Edit=====
Gigabyte eventually steps in after I report them to ftc for fraud because nothing wad happening. I get told from the sales rep that basically "oops you caught us doing so many bad things so we will just offer you board number 3 and this time will be different" without a "it's not the best business ethic to give you food stains along with your product for free". nor a we will control our suppliers better nor we will do better quality control checks or anything of the sort.

Just saying but the law apparently states you can only get refunds within the first 6 months of purchase however no matter how many laws they break or contracts they break or however long it takes or whatever they get caught for, it can only end up with you getting a replacement. One more thing if you have a bios problem like I did and the manufacturer gives you a beta bios to fix your problems and then something happens in the future it's you that is liable, sincd getting anything from the manufacturer shafts you quite abit in a high court case is what I am told. The same thing as applies if you don't actually look at the item for example a capictor might be leaking (the only exception being bent cpu pins since you find that out almost immediately)

So watch out for the frontosa sourced hardware (tetenus is real). Don't believe me and find out why your parents told you to follow the rules and not be a rebel. have a happy easter

Pics or it didn't happen?

I'm not understanding, if you send something in for RMA and it's a valid return you will get one new from the manufacturer.

So what's this about scratches and all that?

Was RMA denied and sent back to him?

Do you really want pictures? I mean if you don't care either way. Pointless to upload. Since all related companies and manufacturers were indeed sent pictures.

Well either they sent me a damaged refurbished board or they gave me a new board and damaged it then gave it to me.

So Rma was approved but it came back in that state.

Well I did write a full post to a few retailers, suppliers, manufacturers. It took me that much just to find out who the real supplier was. Because rebeltech refused to tell me. Then gigabyte said that they have only 1 local agent.

I bought a corsair aio from them, they wasn't so bad service wise but. They have no chat available on the site anymore, no latest hardware.

If you're warning us it's probably a good idea to post evidence. Otherwise you may be just a bad actor trying to drag their name through the mud. I don't shop with them so it doesn't affect me but other people do so might be a good idea to support your claims.

Their service is fine for general things (regarding tech support or chat about possible solutions or even box wrapping) but not at all notch customer relations. Their after sales support is the problem. I don't think they ever had a chat feature. I think you may be thinking Wootware.
