Recommend a Consulting Firm for a pre-feasibility study

I have a simple business idea which I wish to (finally) actualise.

Can anyone recommend a good consulting firm to assist in undertaking a pre-feasability study?

Does anyone know the cost of doing so? Also, the cost of a full on feasability study.

What is the pre-feasaility about? I know a couple of firms that would do it but it dependson what field.

Kind of hard to describe without giving away the plan. General description would be its consumer services orientated, not a complicated business idea at all.

What I need is the estimated capital outlay, estimated expenses and income. Also need help developing an appropriate price.
