Recommend a fridge and a TV

Possibly don't need it to be honest, most guests spend very little at the units. I ninja edited and added that I like the no frost feature to lower maintenance. I personally just hate fridges with the freezers on top, always looks so cheap to me

In off peak season we do occasionally let out the units for longer stays, 1-2 months so I figured it could be nice for that as well.
Aah okay for longer periods sure. Also technically top freezer units are more efficient as cold air sinks, they also tend to be frost free by nature. Though if you're looking try find an A or A++ fridge, or do you turn them off when no one is there?

As long as I don't hear them they can do whatever they want. Man I can tell you some stories of the states the units have been left in at times
I know
I used to help run a guest house 2006 to 2010
Some lekker siff people out there
Mostly the white afrikaaners
Overseas people were the best
They were never home
Always ate out every day and night
Hardly even knew they had been there

Good Luck with the fridges and tv

We get about 50% Dutch, German and British tourists with the other 50% locals. The foreigners are awesome! Although had two young German girls (early 20s) staying a few weeks ago.

The savages squashed a fully grown wolf spider with a shoe. I couldn't even imagine. There was guts all over the floor, made me quite upset

I mean wolf spiders are big, so they probably were over reacted. I remember the first time a rain spider chased me, it died. Now I try remove all critters to the outside.

Hmmm that's interesting, thank you. Will definitely consider it. Waiting for the boss of the home to wake up and will get her thoughts on that

Ah ok since last night that model is all sold out, like wtf
But for those interested in reading :-)
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, refrigerators with top freezers use 10 to 25 percent less energy than ones with bottom freezers.

For us it matters, for the US they like eh cents

I think they did. I wish they just called me though, I also just take them outside and dump them in the forest. There's a ton of lizards here so every spider helps in keeping their numbers down

My dogs keep the lizards at bay :-), strangely enough I've not actually seen rain spiders much this year since I got the new pup. He also does seem to slurp things up really quickly when you confront him.

It's interesting, never knew it. The boss is awake and wants a bottom freezer so that settles that

Also haven't to be honest and we've had a ton of rain over the last couple of weeks here in the Garden Route. Where about do you live?

Westrand of Joburg, we normally have a lot of critters as we're in a valley and it's odd to even see the different birds from what we got a few km up the road.

Yeah lol "aesthetics". I do agree with her though
Normally that is me, my wife is more along the lines as long as it works. I mean I got a silver fridge so I made everything else match, but the chest Freezer was R1k more cause it was silver, she's like get the white and I was like uhmm err. We got the white, it just seems off but it's in a corner.

Spray paint it? We're both generally anal about these things. To be fair, considering it's a short term rental, the "instagramability" is super important for us to attract guests

Oooh forgot about that part, you need it to look smart and chic :-). I was tempted to, but the last time I spray painted something to match it ended up looking kak. My PC case of 2006 era :-)

Yeah it's amazing how quick bird life changes, we moved 50km up the coast a while ago and there's so many different birds. We used to hear a nightjar like once a week maybe and now there's like 5 of them singing in chorus almost every night
