Recommend a fridge and a TV

To be fair, spray painting isn't always as easy as it looks! I've ruined quite a few things as well :ROFL:

Ours are Grey Loeries, never had them just 5km up the road, but here I've got a family. Sure they might be living in the tree on the kerb I want chopped down cause it's 30m tall and blocks a lot of sun, but they can move right?
Oh nightjars haven't heard those up here.

Yup it isn't, my outside gate is also a testament to that :-). Though to be fair I didn't clean it properly or scrap off everything, it was like eh who cares.
 
Bottom freezers are easier from an ergonomic point of view, less chance of something frozen falling out and hitting you on the head when you're searching for that one particular thing buried in the back.

But it makes sense that top-freezers will be more efficient from an energy point of view.

Just bear in mind that OpEx may be significant over time - you'd need to take measurements though, if you can. Modern fridges are generally pretty efficient, but over time what looks like small difference can add up to larger difference in the amount you spend on electricity.

It's a good point. Solar and batteries mostly sort that issue out fortunately

If you're short enough for something from the top freezer to fall on your head. You'd not be tall enough to reach it :-P

Do you offer internet to the people visiting? I would suggest getting a smart TV, this will allow the guests to watch youtube and login into their Netflix accounts. We visited a place that had this option and it was kinda nice.

Yeah we do. Got a disney, netflix, amazon, youtube and spotify account for each of the units

Yeah but you've got to bend down to see where you're digging, and then whatever's above that position becomes a safety hazard.

No, but there were two levels and it was packed tight, and I was looking for something in the bottom one. To be fair the head injury wasn't particularly serious, but the mess on the floor of stuff falling out was more of an issue.

Bottom-freezer ones usually have nice drawers though, in contrast to the wire shelves that I've typically seen in top-freezer ones, so stuff is less likely to just randomly fall out.

Hmm my old bottom fridge had wire shelves :-(, the new one has got drawers and you cannot get a lot in it, compared to the chest freezer.
