Recommend a projector for a boardroom

As the title suggests, can you please recommend a projector to be used in the boardroom. It needs to be able to work in semi-bright light, or preferably even with the lights on. Needs to also have a decent resolution, minimum 720p (1366 x 768), but preferably 1080p. Also needs to be ceiling-mountable.

Budget is flexible, but around R7k seems reasonable. If you can recommend an installer as well, that would be great.
