Recommendation for ecommerce app.

I am asking for a friend - no, really I am

If one wanted to setup an ecommerce site, what would you recommend as the application to use.
Requirements:
1. Don't want to code anything, would like a template / plugin to configure.
2. Does not have to be free - but good value and support.
3. South African - Payment gateway integration
4. Secure
5. Mobile friendly

There are quite a few options I see, Zencart, woocommerce, shopify -etc. etc but no idea what is good or better.

Anything you have personally used and would recommend would be greatly appreciated.

Shopify. User friendly SAAS solution so you never have to bother with updates etc and their templates are really good. It just works..
