Recommended Business ISP to use with DFA

Can anyone recommend a good ISP for Business Fibre (i.e broadband with low contention ratios and fixed IP) that operates on DFA's network?

Our current provider is killing me with the slowest, worst support on the face of this Earth. We haven't had stable internet for 3 days and they still aren't doing anything about it other than asking me for a traceroute...

Its going well, our ISP is now on Day 5 with the ticket open and updated it again to say its being investigated.

I could have re-built a whole fibre solution by now...
