Recommended ISP and Account for Video Streaming - CAPPED Only

I need a new capped account optimised for video streaming after cancelling with my current ISP. I use around 75-120GB per month in total on a 20Mbps VDSL line. The most important criteria is for me to be able to stream Netflix in 1080p on weekday evenings and on weekends (Also use Hulu and other services). Second prioirty is browsing and skype - do not do torrents.. Any recommendations based on experience and fair pricing?

well but they does manage things diffrent,and are under diffrent management,just use the same network

i see afrihost threads gets alot of complains but i never see ones for axxess,whys that??

I'm on the Web Africa capped package for R299,so far streaming,downloading,youtube etc has been great I get between 16-17mbps on my 20mb adsl line anytime of the day or night.

It comes 90gb anytime data and 180gb of night time data to be used between 12:00 to 6:00 only.

that can be a good thing less clients,less oversold/overloaded =better speed?
