Recording cellphone call with N70

Not sure, don't have the phone myself, probably not to record calls though, guessing it just has the normal dictaphone-style voice recording from the mic.

Not sure about the N70, but does it have a standby mode where there's a small horizontal list of shortcuts (contacts, new text msg, gallery etc.)?

If there is, go to tools in the main menu, settings, phone, standby mode. If active standby isn't on then turn it on. Then scroll down and select active standby apps, select one of the shortcuts that you don't use, scroll down and select Voice Recorder. This should now appear on the short list in standby mode.

Now when you're on a voice call, all you do is select options, then select "open active standby" and go to the voice recorder shortcut that you just added. You can test it by dialling your voicemail since it's free :D

Anyhow this is how one would do it on an N80, hope it's the same for the N70.

@ lourens. That records for less than a minute.

@debbie there are numerous third party programs.

Can't you load (cable or bluetooth) or would you prefer not to. Just erase afterwards.

Thanks HFGP + Lourens. I'd prefer not to load the software as it is the bf's mother's phone, and, well, I'd rather not risk stuffing it up because things could turn scary for me.... :D
