Recording with DSTV explora

So I've set it up to record the season of Master Chef but it doesn't record the episodes, there is no conflict, just says programme not found, but the black recording icon does show on the series name, really confused, any advice would be great, thanks

I have the same problem. I have to scan through the advance program schedule and find that although the black icon is showing, it is not in the schedule. I have to click on the black icon and select 'Record this', then the icon turns red. I have tried emptying the season manager and beginning again to record seasons - no success. This problem has only appeared recently

Same my side. My wife records the Turkish shows from ETV and seems to have the same issue. I think it has something to do with the decoder rebooting every time there's loadshedding.

We don't have load-shedding but do have problem

Whenever I have recording issues I just do a factory reset. It solves any and all issues. You lose all recordings etc though

It's so frustrating... everyday the red recording icon has changed to black and the episodes are not recorded for certain shows, for other shows the recording icon remains red and recording happens as normal. I have no idea why is just stops recording some and not others?
