I have had a Huawei u8800h for little under a year, about 2 months back the battery life went from nearly 2 days to 5 hours, if I use it 3 if I’m lucky, the first time I sent it in I got it back and Cell C said it had been formatted and new software loaded, to my surprise all my personal files and setting were still on it and the power issue was still there. I have swopped batteries and that did not help. I have sent it in a second time, this time all my setting are gone but the power issue remains....I find it hard to deal with Cell C as you can’t talk to a human unless you go into a store, when you mail them they never respond. I have 2 contracts with them and would expect a bit of human contact for my money.
I will be taking the phone in again this morning....has anybody else had this issue and what recourse dose one have in a situation where it appears that you are being lied to?
