I'd like to know where can one write Red Hat exams apart from the usual places like CTU & TorqueIT, also where are exam kiosks so that one is not bound to write an exam on a friday?

What's wrong with those options already available?

And last I checked you could write it any day of the week at Torque IT.

Not sure why those options are an issue to you... but you can try Obsidian ...
