Reddit Mobile App not working on Afrihost

I've also been affected by this. I've been calling and emailing them with traceroutes since early last week (#ONM-480-95727, #OKI-977-79139). Here are some other domains that don't work: fastly.net, reddit.com, nytimes.com, npmjs.com, and drupal.org. Pretty much anything that has fastly in front of it. They don't even acknowledge a problem on their status page. This leads me to believe they are ignoring it and hoping it goes away.

You shouldn't be experiencing this issue anymore. Would you be able to test it out and let me know if the issue is still occurring for you.

Check the url's they are all hosted by Fastly 151.101.0.0/16 range. All they have to do is liaise with Fastly and find out what's wrong. Although this issue started at the same time as the Seacom outage it's not caused by it.

The issue was related to the IPs that we use on our Mobile Data packages, and that the CDNs weren't accepting traffic from those IPs.

I can confirm that I can connect to the Fastly IP range when I have an assigned IP in Afrihosts 192.143 range.

We're happy to report that configuration changes have been made and traffic is flowing.
