Samsung already has LTE/HSPA+ dual mode and multi frequency USB modems available. GPRS, EDGE, 3G, HSPA+ @ 21 MBPS and LTE @ > 100 MBPS. LTE can most effectively be run in 900 MHz already should the network have spectrum and can refarm in this area.
