If i already have a 384k line with telkom and i want another line keeping the 384 line do i still need a technician to come over? And if i want to get a new line who must i contact and what must i do before i order a new line?

1. Call Telkom and order a new voice service.
2. Call Telkom and apply for a new adsl service for the new line/phone number.
3. Or order one of those Do packages where you don't pay installation fees.

What i saw on internet is an ADSL service provider called iSAT is this reliable and anyone using it atm? and is it trustworthy because it is much cheaper than telkom can someone give me an overview on this?
