I am hopelessly disappointed and frustrated that Cell C, with whom I have 3 contracts, have failed to set up my GPRS, despite requesting for help every single day. They refuse to assist. Also they have still not resolved my issues that I raised over 6 months ago. What does it take to get a response from them. Can I cancel my contracts based on non-delivery? Are all service providers the same?
 
I don't know what this post has to do with this forum...

but go to www.hellopeter.com and lodge a complaint. It was the only way I could get them to solve a problem I had.
