No issues here and we're processing quite a large amount of registrations/transfers per day. I did notice some delays, but nothing more than an hour or two on registrations and transfers after the 24 hour wait period.

That's weird then. Since 2300 went through my system since the 30th of June and only 560 odd made it through... any reason why that would be?

Hmm not sure on that one, their system doesn't seem robust at all though - having quite a bit of delays and no responses even with transfers. It's a bigger issue for us as we process more transfers than new registrations. Lets hope their new system can resolve these issues for good.

lol what new system and when would that be in place? 2029?

Every once in a while it seems the auto responder will only be delivered the next morning. At least their credit card payment uptime looks to be getting better.

All going fine for me, I've registered a few in the last few days and they behave as usual.

I take it you have picked up that the telephone number and address fields have changed their format! They seem to be enforcing it strictly now.

Yup, several domains went through fine. There has been no warnings except for the odd "we can't find your secondary nameserver" which is always a hoot since YOU JUST REGISTERED ANOTHER SITE WITH THE EXACT SAME SERVER DETAILS YOU MORONS!

But other than that. Nothing. Not a peep.

Hi,

I've been battling for a couple of days to register a dot coza domain using the regular way (email text form).
I never received any successful notification, but I received a FAIL (trying to test the service)
I tried to use the service from cozareg.com and didn't work either...

Till I found the website REGISTRY.NET.ZA and I was like... "this sound interesting"... Went to the "accredited registrars" pick a couple of them and visit their websites.

I pick the "Cheapest" (First Mistake) R50 to register a domain (that is the official price, but on the registry.net.za, the registrars pay R35 per domain) which didn't sound bad.
I pick "DomainCheap". I follow the complete process, I get to the Invoice and I click "PAY" It kick me to a nice '2checkout.com' website and it ask for the amount of 495 RAND!
I though it was a mistake... I changed the currency (the website had that option). It showed 50 USD dollars. mmmm... better get out of this place.
My order just showed "unpaid" and I just leave it.

I pick another one. Akooka. R100 for a dotcoza. I don't mind paying that much if it works... And It worked. It felt like godaddy (besides the price) and It allowed me to set my own DNS quickly and all that.

Believe it or not, I put my registration tonight at 10:20PM and my dotcoza website is already up & running 1 hour later!

Hope to get a discount for the next registration....
