Regular Tyre Flats - Root Cause??

If it’s rubbing, it’s not due to over inflation, it’s most likely due to the tyre being too wide for the car, or (less likely) suspension damage.
 
And I thought I found the problem.

I monitor the tyre. I check it once a month but I can't find any sign of rubbing on the tyre or car.
