Sounds reasonable.
Mom once asked me if I would feel the same when I'm in an accident and in my dying moments see God standing next to the road, will I believe then? Because it would be a bit late for that.

Thats a well known ability of the brain. It does this to maintain your thinking aspect and sanity. Believe it or not the concept of infinity/eternity and death are essential for survival... hence the brain will activate this line of thought for self preservation. Your brain doesnt give a damn about you on a sub conscious level

Would you be thinking about misfiring neurons in your dying moments?
Personally I have had a NDE. Sadly I never saw the brightly lit tunnel or God for that matter.
Truth be told and in hind site, I have no clue what the hell happened in my brain or whether my neurons were misfiring or whether any of the memories of those moments are correct. Although unconscious, I heard every sound and knew exactly what was going on around me. Or it was a fiction of my imagination.

err its how the brain works ? there is soo much evidence how about look for it im too busy to babysit and perhaps if you look for it yourself you will learn to be unbiased
