I have a 2GB Telkom ADSL account. My total downloads and uploads for December are about 3GB now. There are a few large files (total about 1.5GB) which I would still like to download this month, but I don't want to be capped.
I thought, to avoid being capped, I would download the files on the last day of the month. Because I am already over my cap, I am just worried that I will be capped before the last day of the month, preventing me from downloading the files.
Then I thought, to ensure that I can download the files this month, I will download the files now. But I would like to avoid being capped at all costs. Do I have a greater chance of being capped if I download the files now (going further over my limit) or does everyone over their limit get capped once the total ADSL usage goes over a certain amount?
