I'm quite stressed at the moment :p Going through a bit of a patch/change in my life, but it is for the better.

Is there anything I can buy over the counter to relax me a bit and alleviate my stress?

I'm having trouble falling asleep as well, but it's not that I can't sleep, just having problems shutting down.

Thanks for any tips.

1. How about a massage?

2. The Body Shop sells fragrant oil burners - those ones where you put the little candle at the bottom and the essential oil at the top in a little container.

The Body Shop also sells a product called 'Deep Sleep' - it comes in a spray form, and you just spray it on your pillow before bedtime.

Works like a charm. No prescription needed. Take it straight off the shelf. ;)
Get the one in tablet form.

It's a bit on the expensive side, but I'll see what I can do. I have used it in the past though ;) The last part, as if you would know :p

Not an option for me at the moment, I need a quick fix solution for a short period until I'm accustomed to the changes.
Calmag powder man, works wonders.

Can't seem to find the specific thing you're talking about, there seems to be different variations of it?

Sport. It'll relieve your stress and tire you out so you can sleep easier.

Just ask for Calcium Magnesium powder at a health shop or a place like DisChem and get any one of the brands.

I'm afraid that if you're looking for a quick fix only a prescription medication like a tranquilliser will give you that.

Sadly, stress is the number one killer in the world. If there was an OTC solution available (that worked) we would have an even bigger global over-population problem.

Got some Rescue tablets at the pharmacy this week. I overslept this week on the second day I used it though, pretty potent stuff.

It's a definite must have for anyone having trouble with stress, but I would strongly advise that you don't drink it when at work, you might get into trouble.

Speaking of sleeping, off I go, catch you later ;)

It is not That potent ... last time I used it it didn't even come close to 'knocking me out'
