Afrihost , I dont really care about the rest, I have no reason to look elsewhere, they have been giving me excellent service and their price vs service are very competitive.
They offer unlimited bandwidth, but limited storage space, Disks cost $$$, you cant expect a company to just give you free disk space, with excellent service at a good price.

Our company uses Mweb for domain hosting and they're okay but their support tends to be a mixed bag in the sense that you are sometimes transferred from pillar to post until you happen upon a person who really knows their stuff. It's difficult to reach said person sometimes.
Have you considered international hosting? I went out on a limb and used arvixe.com for two websites and it's not been as terrible as I imagined. I wouldn't consider them for enterprise type websites but for a run of the mill website they've served me well.
I'm actually using the Mweb unlimited hosting for a site.
Pros:
- Really cheap, and I've used lots of bandwidth and never had any issues.
- Surprisingly fast.
- When setting up I asked them to make it a Windows server, and they obliged.
Cons:
- Bad support. I've contacted them once recently when the site randomly stopped working. It took about 3 days for them to respond, and by that time the site had come back online by itself. No idea what the problem was.
- Almost no control in the Control Panel. No stats, nothing.
