Tie a long rope to the pc you want to control. Run the rope through the door to another room where the other pc is. Throw the other pc through a window. The 1st one will follow. This is remote pc control.

Remote desktop connection, however, is a little less brutal. Read the help file.

if you want to remote to a pc on the same network, you have a few options, 1 easiest to setup windows remote desktop, VNC or if you want to remote to a desktop over the internet, then you can use team viewer

All the applications work on multi platforms

From my expirience,i found a couple of issues using both team viewer and rdc . With team viewer, the user you connecting to needs to give you some security key which means you must pick up the phone or wait for an email before proceeding :erm:. With rdc, i need to have logged into the person's machine using my credential or else his machine only recognises me as an intruder even if we use the same domain  .Another problem is that if the user is already logged on and i manage to log onto their pc,the user is automatically logged out :wtf:
