Remote terminal access

I need some advice regarding an invention

would like to know what would be the best to use on a remote terminal,that could make a connection with my terminal server, was thinking ASAT but their rental services are to damn expensive

any Ideas?

What would be the best what? Network? What is ASAT, or is it VSAT?

Well i am looking to use wireless , so i was thinking of satellite,but the service is too expensive, can i maybe use a wifi with something connected to it that makes a vpn connection to the server almost like a ATM

The biggest problem with remote session, RDP/ICA, is latency. My own experience shows an average round trip time of around 1-10ms for a leased line, 60ms for ADSL, 200-2000ms for 3g. We have tested VSAT and it comes in around 250-500ms. RDP/ICA works well with anything under 200ms....
