I need some info on the quickest and cheapest way to remove a tatoo , about half the size of your pinky finger in length.

There are 2 options
Laser Treatment , I dnt know the price, or Tatooing over the unwanted tatoo.

Logic suggests that tattooing over a tattoo probably isn't the best way to remove a tattoo. It could potentially cover up tattooing a game of pacman on your ass though...
