Removing Trend Micro Security Services from Billion 7202G

Hi,

I have a Billion 7202G wireless ADSL router, firmware version 1.04c.

Does anyone know how to disable the TMSS Dashboard popups that regularly get blocked by my browser.

In the router config I have disabled all the settings that have anything to do with TMSS. There is a link on the TMSS 'tab' that directs me to the Device Management tab to disable all TMSS services. However, that page only has embedded web server, UPnP and SNMP controls.

Hi Noo

The option to disable all Trend Micro functions can be found under the Device Management page (You can find the Device Management page by going to Configuration->Advanced->Device Management).
Once you have accessed the Device Management page, you will notice a "All Trend Micro (TMSS) functions" option. Click on the "Disable" radio button and then on "Apply", the router will automatically restart and afterwards disable all Trend Micro functions.

Exactly why I bought my 7202g. The service and support from them is excellent.

Hey Billion, hows about selling me a Billion router? Or do you guys only deal with retailers? Im looking at that 5102 4 port one.

The list is categorised between Retail Stores, E-Shops & ISP and Others.
