Rent a car

Is there an option in this country where i can rent a car on a monthly basis (on contract), without owning it ?

Just curious.

I want to sell my car, and just hire, for a period of about 2 years, as i will be relocating to Europe.

Yes. It's called a full maintenance lease. You can do it through Wesbank, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Avis and most of the other big car rental companies. It will probably be expensive though.
