Dont really know if this is the right place to post it, but cant find a more appropriate category.
I was driving towards Vreedenburg on the R27, from Cpt on friday the 23th and as usual had to take part in some stop and goes. On sunday i drove back and the road was opened in both directions. I would assume that it was opened on saturday or sunday morning, seeing they were still clearing the road properly.
Anyway realizing there is still loose gravel i was keeping a good (more than nornal) distance between me and the car in front of me. However a large stone came flying my way hit the windscreen and left it unrepairable. This was from a trunk coming in the opposite direction.
I have heard from people you can claim for this from the construction company as they have insurance that covers this. Is this true? Do you know where i can find out who the company is?
Thanks
